At Thomasville Home Furnishings of New Jersey, our Customer Care Center is staffed with professionals that have over 50 years experience in handling the needs of our customers after their purchase and delivery of their furniture. Customer Care Team

Thomasville warrants to you, the original buyer, that goods shall be free of defects in materials and or workmanship attributable to manufacture for a period specified in the linked attachment from date of buyer's receipt of product. Damage resulting from improper handling after merchandise is received or from exposure to weather or extreme conditions is not covered by the Thomasville Warranty. Warranty is subject to normal use under normal circumstances. The repair or replacement of defective goods constitutes Thomasville's obligation. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purchase. Thomasville shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential damages. If any model or sample is shown to the buyer, such model or sample is issued merely to illustrate the general type of quality of goods, and not to represent that goods supplied to buyer will necessarily conform in all respects to the sample or model. All claims for seller's failure to comply with this warranty shall be governed by the provisions of the paragraph.

Thomasville Home Furnishings also offers an additional extended warranty plan in addition to the manufacturer's warranty when you purchase your furniture. The warranty must be purchased through our warranty partner, Guardian Products. The attached file will give you an overview of the entire warranty plan and the coverages provided. We encourage our customers to purchase this plan due to the very nature of the daily occurrences and use of your furniture in your home. Please consultant with a design consultant for the plan options of extended warranty available from Thomasville Home Furnishings of New Jersey.
